Order Processing

All orders shipping via UPS placed before 3:00PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, given that the product is in stock and all order requirements are met. Freight orders must be placed before 12:00PM in order to be shipped same day. Due to varying processing times throughout the year, please call ahead to confirm a ship date if the order is urgent.††

Order Cancellation

Orders must be cancelled via phone by 4:30PM the day the order is placed. Orders requested to be canceled after 4:30PM are not guaranteed to be canceled before shipment and customer may be responsible for shipping charges. †††

Order Status

Customers can check the status of their order by calling or emailing us between the hours of 8:00PM and 5:00Pm EST Monday through Friday.


All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by customer. Expedited shipping requests must be placed at time of order. Tracking numbers are available upon request, and will be printed on all order invoices.


Returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Please contact us prior to returning any product. Credit will be issued upon us receiving the item, as long as it is in the same condition as when it was shipped from our facility. Product must be in original packaging and in sellable condition. Certain items may be subject to restock fees, these fees vary upon product line. All stock items returned after 30 days from purchase date are subject to a 15% restock fee. All sales on non-stock and special order items are final unless return is authorized by the manufacturer. If product is damaged when received, please keep product in original packaging and contact us as soon as possible. A UPS damage claim will initiated on our end and they may request to pick up the product from the customerís facility.
